I didn't shoot it although the bolt was so sloppy that it will rattle from the receiver. I do similar to the new Game Reaper scope mount I purchased for it. However have to have a NEW Kimber Montana in possibly 270 WSM or 270 get if any one know of one for sale. They may be awesome to handle
